Born in a World Heritage area, raised on a remote Queensland cattle property, and having lived in Sydney as well as regional centers and small villages Fiona has gathered a well of experience. She is passionate about implementing practical technology to help clients overcome the limitations of distance and time.
With decades of experience in commercial and financial management Fiona has a proven track record of leading teams in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, ensuring seamless project and business unit operations. Her focus on team-building and managing change makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.
Coralie brings first-hand experience in owning and managing a business through both its highs and lows. She combines this invaluable experience with a strong belief that success in business should be balanced with a fulfilling personal life.
With over 25 years as a business owner, Coralie has faced the challenges of navigating industry shifts, environmental changes, global and economic trends, and personal circumstances. She truly understands the day-to-day demands of running a business in an ever-evolving landscape.
A registered BAS Agent with a Diploma in Leadership & Management (Human Resources), Coralie’s expertise lies in designing systems that deliver real-time, relevant information, which is critical for accurate management accounting and reporting.
More than anything, Coralie is passionate about understanding the unique needs of her clients. She firmly believes that greater efficiency and productivity in business leads to a more balanced life, and she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve both.
Stephanie has progressed from an administrative assistant role into bookkeeping at T3 Partners, bringing a versatile skill set and valuable experience to the team. With a background spanning both administration and bookkeeping, she provides reliable and professional bookkeeping support to T3 Partners clients.
Her career includes a wide range of administrative responsibilities across multiple industries, where her strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service have been key strengths. In her current role, she leverages her bookkeeping expertise to deliver accurate, high-quality support tailored to client needs.
Stephanie is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both colleagues and clients. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities while consistently maintaining high standards makes her a valued member of the T3 Partners team.
Felicity brings over 13 years of experience in administration and executive assistant roles within large corporations to T3 Partners. She holds Advanced Diplomas in Administration Management, which she has successfully applied in top-level administrative positions across various sectors, including Emergency Services and not-for-profit Community Services Organisations.
As Operations Partner, Felicity is dedicated to supporting the T3 Partners Operations team and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Known for her friendly demeanor, politeness, and genuine caring for people, Felicity embodies a commitment to excellence in all facets of her work.
Originally from Tasmania, Felicity grew up in Queensland before settling in Victoria, which she now calls home. Outside of work, she devotes her time to her family and two beloved pets. With her diverse skills, extensive experience, and unwavering passion, Felicity is a valued asset to the T3 Partners Operational team.
