She has a proven track record of managing teams in commercial and not for profit environments that are heavily reliant on processes and systems to deliver productivity and accountability across business units and projects.

This experience includes the design and delivery of safety management plans and procedures in the mineral processing industry; 13 years and counting as an accounting consultant with a focus on team building; and managing change while implementing back office e2e systems for SMEs across various industries throughout Australia.

As a business owner for over 15 years, Coralie has seen it all. She has a true understanding of the challenges faced on a day to day basis when you are managing a business through a rising tide of industry, environmental, global, economic and/or personal changes. Prior to owning her own business, she worked as an employee gaining insight and knowledge across a number of industries including primary production, not-for-profit, professional services and retail.

Her combined experience has given her a high level of expertise in designing systems that provide real-time, relevant information essential for accurate management accounting and reporting. Above all, Coralie has a genuine passion to understand and respond to the individual needs of clients, and takes into account the importance of the role family plays in our daily lives. As a mother and business woman, Coralie firmly believes the more efficient and productive you are in business, the more balanced your life can be, and it is T3 Partners’ goal to bring efficiencies and productivity to their clients’ business lives.

MICHELLE PURSE – BOOKKEEPING PARTNER

Michelle holds an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering, majoring in design and management, as well as qualifications in computing and bookkeeping. She applied her training over many years working in design and administration in the building industry, in addition to the administration of sporting and community services organisations. But it is the pride and care she takes in delivering great customer service, and her attention to detail that make her such a wonderful administrator for T3 Partners.

Michelle’s life (and business) philosophy is based on honesty, diligence and positive creativity. Living near Toowoomba on the beautiful Darling Downs, she has travelled to most parts of Australia, competing in rodeos with her family.Above all, Michelle loves the flexibility of online work, which allows her to schedule time with grandchildren, work the same hours as her husband and manage her own property commitments.

FIONA LOUISE MAC LEAN – BOOKKEEPING PARTNER

Prior to joining T3, Fiona spent 25 years at the helm of several rural Queensland businesses, honing her management, administration and bookkeeping skills. This diverse industry experience included helicopter charter, quarry management, livestock transport and grazing enterprises.

Over the years, Fiona Louise has also been a wonderful role model to her family and an enthusiastic community volunteer.  Not content with simply being a busy working mum, Fiona has performed many financial and administrative roles for local sporting organisations. These additional responsibilities have given her a strong appreciation for a good work-life balance, and she is keen to help her clients achieve the same.

She is a proficient and reliable operator, with an enthusiastic and committed approach, and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service and engagement.  Now Townsville based and furthering her qualifications, Fiona Louise is an invaluable addition to the T3 Partners team.

JODI NEGRI – BOOKKEEPING PARTNER

Jodi has worked directly with a range of her own clients – particularly in the construction and trade industries – as well as being employed in administration and practice management roles, and by an accounting firm as their senior bookkeeper. She’s also something of a MYOB expert.

Jodi’s a life-long resident of beautiful Far North Queensland where, as a mum with young children, she is fully aware of the benefits and pressures of juggling family and business commitments and loves creating the processes and solutions that make her clients’ lives a little easier. There’s nothing she enjoys more than rescuing small businesses sinking under the pressure of overdue lodgements!

Jodi sees her role as helping clients make informed decisions about how to grow their business while gaining the time to do the things they would rather be doing, which makes her the perfect fit for T3 Partners.

STEPHANIE ACHILLES – ADMINISTRATION PARTNER

With three young children, Stephanie juggles family life, work commitments and contributes to her community through volunteering and holding administrative positions within non-profit organisations. This has given her a strong insight into the value of a good work-life balance and she is committed to helping clients achieve this.

Stephanie’s vast experience and passion for organisation make her an integral player in the development of policies and procedures in her workplace. With a Diploma of Management and constantly furthering her qualifications, she takes pride in delivering the best possible out comes for clients. Her enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and work ethic means that Stephanie fits right in to the T3 Partners team.

FELICITY ASHBY – OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

As part of Felicity’s role as Operations assistant, she is dedicated to supporting the T3 Partners Operations team and most importantly, ensuring the T3 Partners client experience is second to none.

Felicity spent much of her childhood in Queensland before moving to Victoria in 1986 where she has lived since. She volunteers administratively to community not-for-profit organisations and dedicates her free time to her family and two fur babies. With Felicity’s diverse range of skills, vast experience and passion, her dedication has made her a vital addition to the T3 Partners Operational team.
