Paula is one of the few people in life who can claim to have a truly diverse and well-rounded professional background, giving her the ability to operate at a highly strategic level, as well as apply her hands-on experience at the coal face.
Not many have Paula’s depth of experience and knowledge across both the public service and commercial sectors. She spent 10 years in government and large private enterprise positions, which gave her a solid foundation of knowledge and a thorough understanding of the ‘bigger picture’. She has also owned and operated several businesses―including a service station―which have provided her with first-hand experience of micro-managing SMEs. This experience fine-tuned her understanding and application of retail and point of sale processes, business management, systemising procedures and leading teams to achieve goals.
Driven by a passion to “teach others how to fish”, Paula’s focus is now on delivering maximum value to her clients.
