Fiona is driven by her passion to help her clients – where ever they reside – overcome the limitations imposed by distance and time through the use of innovative technology and other resources to manage and grow their businesses and organisations. Born in a World Heritage area and raised on a remote Queensland cattle property, Fiona has a passion for communicating and sharing knowledge with integrity, and a deep understanding of the desire to live and work in some of the most beautiful parts of the world.
Her philosophy on business and life has evolved over many years’ experience in commercial and financial management of SMEs, including the highly competitive market of Sydney for the past ten years and counting. She has a proven track record of managing teams in commercial and not for profit environments that are heavily reliant on processes and systems to deliver productivity and accountability across business units and projects.
This experience includes the design and delivery of safety management plans and procedures in the mineral processing industry; 13 years and counting as an accounting consultant with a focus on team building; and managing change while implementing back office e2e systems for SMEs across various industries throughout Australia.
