Born in a World Heritage area, raised on a remote Queensland cattle property, and having lived in Sydney as well as regional centers and small villages Fiona has gathered a well of experience. She is passionate about implementing practical technology to help clients overcome the limitations of distance and time.
With decades of experience in commercial and financial management Fiona has a proven track record of leading teams in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, ensuring seamless project and business unit operations. Her focus on team-building and managing change makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.
Coralie brings first-hand experience in owning and managing a business through both its highs and lows. She combines this invaluable experience with a strong belief that success in business should be balanced with a fulfilling personal life.
With over 25 years as a business owner, Coralie has faced the challenges of navigating industry shifts, environmental changes, global and economic trends, and personal circumstances. She truly understands the day-to-day demands of running a business in an ever-evolving landscape.
A registered BAS Agent with a Diploma in Leadership & Management (Human Resources), Coralie’s expertise lies in designing systems that deliver real-time, relevant information, which is critical for accurate management accounting and reporting.
More than anything, Coralie is passionate about understanding the unique needs of her clients. She firmly believes that greater efficiency and productivity in business leads to a more balanced life, and she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve both.
Fiona Louise combines a sharp eye for detail with strong administrative skills, making her a master of both BAS compliance and financial management—an ideal blend for a T3 Bookkeeping Partner.
Before joining T3 Partners, Fiona spent 25 years managing several rural Queensland businesses, including helicopter charter, quarry management, livestock transport, and grazing enterprises. This extensive industry experience has honed her expertise in administration and bookkeeping.
A dedicated community volunteer and role model to her family, Fiona has also taken on financial and administrative roles for local sporting organisations, fostering her deep appreciation for work-life balance—a value she is passionate about helping her clients achieve.
Now based in Townsville and furthering her qualifications, Fiona Louise is a proficient and reliable professional. Her enthusiastic and committed approach, combined with her strong customer service skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the T3 Partners team and the clients she services.
Stephanie has transitioned from administration assistant to a dual role in administration and bookkeeping at T3 Partners, bringing versatility and a wealth of skills to the team. With experience in both administration and bookkeeping, she expertly manages office operations while providing vital bookkeeping services for both T3 Partners and its clients.
Her career spans a diverse range of responsibilities, including handling administrative tasks across various industries, where her attention to detail and dedication to customer service have been paramount. In her new role, she combines her administrative expertise with her bookkeeping skills, ensuring accurate financial management for the business and delivering high-quality bookkeeping support to clients.

Michelle is a highly skilled bookkeeper with a wealth of experience that she brings to T3 Partners. She holds an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering, with majors in design and management, as well as qualifications in computing and bookkeeping. Her career has spanned roles in design and administration within the building industry and community organisations.
Now living on her eco farm stay near Toowoomba, Michelle manages her own bed and breakfast, where she combines her passion for sustainability and hospitality. Her philosophy—rooted in honesty, diligence, and creativity—guides her both personally and professionally.
Michelle values the flexibility of online work, which allows her to balance her bookkeeping duties with time spent on the farm, with her grandchildren, and alongside her husband. Her attention to detail and diverse skills makes her an invaluable member of the T3 Partners team.
Felicity brings over 13 years of experience in administration and executive assistant roles within large corporations to T3 Partners. She holds Advanced Diplomas in Administration Management, which she has successfully applied in top-level administrative positions across various sectors, including Emergency Services and not-for-profit Community Services Organisations.
As Operations Partner, Felicity is dedicated to supporting the T3 Partners Operations team and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Known for her friendly demeanor, politeness, and genuine caring for people, Felicity embodies a commitment to excellence in all facets of her work.
Originally from Tasmania, Felicity grew up in Queensland before settling in Victoria, which she now calls home. Outside of work, she devotes her time to her family and two beloved pets. With her diverse skills, extensive experience, and unwavering passion, Felicity is a valued asset to the T3 Partners Operational team.
